Relish the succulent pan-fried A3 Wagyu slices that melt in your mouth, or the M7 Wagyu Cordon Bleu wrapped with ham and cheese, coated in breadcrumbs, then deep-fried until golden and crispy. Indulge in luxurious dishes like braised sea cucumber with mushrooms and braised risotto with sea cucumber and fish maw—each mouthful is collagen-packed, nourishing and really tasty. For meat lovers, it’s basically heaven. There are numerous grilled items like lamb rack, spring chicken and pork feet—each tender and well-seasoned. The buffet also shines with a wide array of hot dishes. My favourites are baked oysters, sliced Peking duck, pan-seared duck liver and Sukiyaki Shirakaba pork and vegetable pot. The dessert spread is truly incredible too. Durian lovers are sure to be impressed by the freshly made durian crepes and waffles.
