#戚風蛋卷 #戚風蛋糕 #士多啤梨 #Strawberry #Chiffon #Roll Cake #草莓 #蛋卷 士多啤梨|戚風蛋卷 | Strawberry Chiffon Roll Cake 材料 INGREDIENT: 蛋 Egg 3隻/pcs 砂糖 Sugar 40克/g 低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 70克/g 鮮奶 Milk 40克/g 菜油 Vegan Oil 30克/g 士多啤梨粉 Strawberry Powder 10克/g 淡忌廉 Whipping Cream 100克/g 煉奶 Condense milk 25克/g 士多啤梨 Strawberry 20粒/pcs 製作步驟 1. 把3隻蛋的蛋黃與蛋白分開。 2. 加入蛋黃、砂糖、鮮奶、菜油攪勻,篩入低筋麵粉和士多啤梨粉並拌勻。 3. 蛋白加入砂糖打發至乾性發泡。 4. 把1/3的步驟(3)放入步驟(2)中拌勻。 5. 將(步驟4)倒回蛋糊(步驟3)中拌勻,並倒入模具內。 6. 預熱150°C焗爐,焗28分鐘。 7. 焗完後把蛋糕脫模,先放涼5-10分鐘。 8. 在蛋糕還帶微溫時,把它卷起繼續放涼,這令蛋糕之後卷起也不會裂。 9. 打發淡忌廉並加入煉奶,準備士多啤梨粒,並如影片般組合蛋糕。 10. 加上士多啤梨和忌廉裝飾即成。 Steps 1.
