响特別嘅日子,當然要對自己或身邊嘅人好D 啦!一對一咁樣慶祝生日, 浪漫不能缺少吧~或者其實你都想揾個藉口去Fine Dining , 都得! 浪漫地慶祝,有幾個元素: 1) 係香港,當然要有維港海景 2)食西餐 3)時尚的裝潢 http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Properties/HongKong/Dining/tosca/Default.htm Tosca絕對可以達到以上的三個要求! 睇我的景相一定無專業的咁省鏡,所以睇佢地official photos 啦,費時我影到黑麻麻,嘻嘻! 位於Ritz Carlton 102/F,其實我好怕搭咁高既lift,有耳壓,出lift後,新派的裝潢,暗暗的,差點迷路了,呵呵! Reception 既Service 好efficient,樓底有兩層高,哈哈,我好似睇樓咁,環境舒服,枱與枱嘅距離不近,啱晒,唔使聽到隔離枱講乜鬼! 不過,如果要window seat 嘅話,要提早 book啦,我兩個禮拜前book都要on waiting list.... 我地當晚既server係一個貌似馮允謙的男生,笑容滿面,有好有禮貌咁介紹枱上的佳餚,很喜歡他... 我地當晚選了Al la carte,第一次當然要點佢地嘅signature dish la... 上圖係parmesean topped squid-ink baguettes and tomato brioche,唔係面包控嘅我都中意個墨汁帕爾馬乾酪長棍麵包~要選! 首先頭盤係Crab cookie with roasted langoustine veal trotter, green beans purée and summer truffle sauce,呢個好好食,小龍蝦好有彈性,好新鮮,食法係要影完相後,兜亂黎食! 點解,因為佢個綠豆蓉係超好食,如果我唔係Fine Dining緊,可能我會一滴不漏咁lam 晒個碟,哈哈! 主菜,食意大利菜, 我必食risotto 啦! Creamy risotto infused with fresh lobster meat, sweet corn and lobster broth, 個意大利飯吸收晒龍蝦湯,一D都唔濟~ 佢地獨有的星形Risotto,你睇,好似流星咁浪漫呀... 再黎個 Charcoal glazed aged beef tenderloin, foie gras, baked potato cake, and grilled vegetables 炭燒牛,真係有炭味喎,好似廢話咁,但係有時D 餐廳係得D 炭燒紋而不夠炭味,鵝肝ok,不過不是重點了~ 跟住order左個梳乎里做甜品(之前已安排好要寫Happy Birthday哩),不過好失望呀,相都唔想post呀 因為手字實在太曳了... 好似外國版mcdull咁,哎,好肉酸...點解咁架.... 唯有post 佢地既free dessert...全部由糖造架,最喜歡嘅係舖係底既cotton candy...~~~設計係要用手食~ 除了手字曳到接受唔到之外,有一樣野我都係麻麻地,就係佢地嘅外藉經理,好中意晌我地傾緊野個陣,問呢樣問個樣...一副皮笑肉不笑既表情,我情願我個server同我地傾重好... 我地叫左 distilled water,佢地將支水同其他的放係bar 枱, 幫我地refill個陣變左sparkling water,真謊誕... 下次都係試下第二間...你懂的...
