大家可能會聽過神戶和牛，去大阪旅行時也會安排一試。但如果我說淡路牛，大家可能沒有聽過。 如果和大家說神戶牛和淡路牛也是同出一貫時，大家會不會相信? 極力推薦日本淡路和牛給大家。
We believe that all of us have already heard of Kobe beef, and you may plan it into your Osaka trip. But what if we talk about Awaji Beef, you may probably not have so much idea of it. If I say that the breeding ground of Kobe beef and Awaji beef is the same, will you believe it? I highly recommend Awaji beef to all of you.
Balanced in fat, tender in meat and melts in your mouth are what you will experience. Sukiyaki or grill would be the best way to cook it. Price is reasonable, and no one would be restrained from it.
In spring, seafood is also very famous in Awaji Island. Black sea urchin would be your best choice! I agree that sea urchin in Hokkaido should be the best and most tasteful. However, the black sea urchin won’t be worse than the one in Hokkaido, and it would not be a bad idea to try Awaji’s black sea urchin which is full of tender texture and strong after taste.
Let me teach you my favorite eating method: Putting the black sea urchin on the Awaji Beef cooked by Sukiyaki. Urchin melts slowly on the hot Awaji beef and is fused with the beef together and can be tasted in one bite! I am quite sure that it would make your trip perfect and make your body warm during winter!
What’s more, if you like dairy products, its ice cream and milk would be your choice. It is as good as the ones in Hokkaido!
