成日宅係屋企,少左運動,人都圓潤左=.=”夏天又就快到,睇黎都真係要開始正視下身形既問題。。。除左運動,食都係唔少得,我都係會繼續整野食架,不過相對會整得健康d~今次整左個蕃薯Brownie, 只係用左蕃薯、可可粉同蛋,正宗3 "毛" (無油無糖無粉)蛋糕~:p 純粹滿足下我無事想搵野咬下既意慾。 因為蕃薯本身帶有甜味,再加上我本身比較鐘意食苦味既朱古力(濃度75%以上),所以食譜入面我直接將糖減走。如果做運動前或後想搵野食下當點心,又或者係office做野做到悶悶地,我覺得呢款brownie都係唔錯既選擇,既健康又可以排毒,岩哂想瘦身又有便秘問題既朋友! 有興趣可以睇片試整~ 簡易材料 Simple Ingredients: 1個中小形蕃薯(150-200克) Medium Sweet Potato (150-200g) 1隻蛋 1 Egg 2 湯匙可可粉 2Tbsp Cocoa Powder *No sugar is added in this recipe as there's natural sweet from the sweet potato.
