[港式懷舊小食] 氣炸沙翁 Sugar Egg Puff with Air-fryer [蕃薯妹廚房]

通常連續放假都至少會抽一日同屋企人去茶樓飲茶,食下點心。但限聚令仲未解除,分枱食又無意思,唯有繼續留家抗疫。 無得飲茶,食唔到金san最鍾意既沙翁,咁唯有係屋企自己整喇~上網查下,原來都唔難,牛油加水落鍋煮溶,之後落麵粉攪勻,離火後加蛋攪拌,跟住炸埋佢(因為怕肥就用左氣炸鍋,都一樣整到漲卜卜架),上碟撒些糖就食得,四個步驟就搞點。如果想砂糖粘實沙翁多d,可以刷少許油先再加糖,有興趣就睇片試整喇~

材料如下 Simple Ingredients:

60克中筋麵粉 60g All purpose flour

100毫升水 100ml Water

20克牛油 20g Butter

2隻蛋 2 Egg

10-20克砂糖 10-20g Sugar
