Ingredients 1) Cream cheese —— 250g 2) Sugar ———————40g 3) Egg ———————— 2 large 4) Whipping cream —120g 5) Cake flour—————10g . Directions 1️⃣ Combine cream cheese(r.p) and sugar in a bowl. 2️⃣ Stir and smear together with a spatula until very smooth and creamy. 3️⃣ Add 1 egg whisk to combine. 4️⃣ Whisk another egg as well. 5️⃣ Pour in whipping cream and mix until smooth. 6️⃣ Sift flour evenly over the mixture and fold to combine. 7️⃣ Pour batter into prepared pan.
