The hydraulic system of the injection molding machine is generally composed of a pump, a hydraulic motor, an electromagnetic directional valve, a speed proportional valve, a pressure control valve group and several groups of hydraulic cylinders. Regarding the quality of the above hydraulic components, reasonable Oil circuit design, well-organized piping, and control at a proper oil temperature of 40-50oC and good oil quality are the basic conditions for maintaining a stable and smooth hydraulic system.in preventive maintenance1. Prevent the material temperature from melting under the set range, so as to avoid indirect damage to the pump and hydraulic motor;2. To prevent the application from running under excessive pressure, the general working pressure is 140kg/cm2 (the working pressure of F-120 is 120kg/cm2);3. Clean the cooler regularly, once every three months;4. Regularly filter and replace the pressure oil and clean the inlet oil net and the inside of the oil tank;5. Always pay attention to the joints of each pipeline, whether the hydraulic parts are leaking oil, and regularly check whether the fixing screws are loose;6. Prevent heavy objects from being stacked on hydraulic parts or stepping on them;7. In addition to the guidance of personnel with relevant knowledge, please do not unload any parts of the hydraulic system, or change the brand specifications of hydraulic parts, otherwise its service life will be easily shortened;8. Ensure that the oil is cleaned inside, and do not open the oil filling port of the oil tank at will;9. Check the temperature value of the circulating oil at any time.
