Self drilling anchor bolts are used for pressure grouting to achieve the purpose of consolidating broken rock bodies, separating groundwater and rods from corrosion, and can quickly form supporting forces to control the stability of surrounding rocks. Through pressure grouting, the mortar can infiltrate the cracks in the rock and enhance the anchoring effect. Self drilling hollow anchors can achieve permanent support. The use of a centralizer makes the self drilling bolt stay in the middle of the drilling hole, which not only reduces the vibration during the drilling process, but also enables the mortar to wrap the entire length of the bolt to avoid the possibility of corrosion. The distance between the bolt and the wall of the hole is always maintained at a fixed value. The thickness of the mortar is even and the anchoring effect is better. The self drilling anchor bolt system of sinorock® has undergone anti-corrosion treatment: hot-dip galvanizing treatment and epoxy coating treatment. These two methods are combined to isolate the corrosive factors such as groundwater and acid in the soil. The anchor bolt can do more than one hundred years without corrosion.
