1. The Aluminum Winding Wire(XINYU) must be stripped off. The stripping can be done by mechanical (paint stripping machine, scraping paint) and chemical (paint stripping water, paint stripping). It is recommended to use chemical stripping and chemical removal. After lacquering, be sure to rinse the solder joints thoroughly; try not to use mechanical methods to remove paint, prevent aluminum wire scratches, burrs, and toughness; never use high-temperature tin lacquer. 2. The connection between the aluminum winding wire and the lead wire should be wound around the copper wire with a small arc of the aluminum wire, which can reduce the occurrence of false welding and improve the welding strength. 3. Different soldering temperatures should be used for different tins: our company special aluminum tin strips, soldering temperature is 330 degrees; ordinary lead-free tin strips, soldering temperature is about 285 degrees; leaded tin, soldering temperature is 265 degrees. Since aluminum has a relatively low melting point and is easily melted into the tin pot, the company recommends welding small diameter aluminum winding wires (below 0.4mm), and the temperature is preferably controlled within 300 °C to reduce the melting speed of the aluminum wire and prevent it. The aluminum wire is brittle. Never use high-temperature tin soldering. Click Aluminum Magnet Wire to learn about more information.
