For each type of plastic and plastic part, there is a limit to the surface temperature of the Furniture Mould(FURNITUREMOULD), beyond which the adverse effects may occur. Higher furniture mould temperatures mean less flow resistance. On many injection moulding machines, this naturally means faster flow through the gate and cavity because the injection flow control valve used does not correct this change, and filling will cause higher efficiency in the flow path and cavity faster. pressure. · Thermal insulation method for furniture moulds If the furniture mould is not insulated, the heat lost to the air and the injection moulding machine can easily be lost as much as the shot cylinder. Therefore, the mould and the board should be insulated, and if possible, the surface of the furniture mould should be insulated. If a hot runner mould is considered, an attempt is made to reduce the heat exchange between the hot runner portion and the cooled injection moulded part. Such an approach can reduce energy loss and warm-up time. · Injection pressure This is the pressure that causes the plastic to flow and can be measured with sensors on the nozzle or hydraulic line. It does not have a fixed value, and the more difficult it is to fill the furniture mould, the injection pressure increases, and the injection line pressure is directly related to the injection pressure. · Clamping pressure In order to counter the injection pressure, the clamping pressure must be used. Do not automatically select the maximum value that can be used. Consider the projected area and calculate a suitable value. · Injection speed This refers to the filling speed of the furniture mould when the screw is used as a punch. When injection moulding thin-walled products, high rate of fire must be used in order to completely fill the mould when the melt is not solidified, producing a smoother surface. · Die exhaust Due to the rapid filling of the furniture mould, the mould must allow the gas to escape. If the air cannot be discharged, it will be melt-compressed, causing the temperature to rise, causing the plastic to burn. The exhaust position shall be located near the water trap and the final injection moulded part. · Holding pressure During the filling phase of the injection cycle, high injection pressures may be required to maintain the injection speed at the required level. After the furniture mould is filled, it enters the holding phase, at which point the screw advances additional plastic to compensate for plastic shrinkage. This can be done at lower or equally high pressures. Click Air Cooler Mould to learn about more information.
