When the mould is opened, the mould is demoulded together with the product. The design is the simplest, easy to process and the cost is lower. Therefore, many people use the big Shuikou table mould. The table mould structure is divided into two parts: a moving mould and a fixed mould. As the movable part of the injection moulding machine is a moving mould (mostly on the ejection side), the injection end of the injection moulding machine is generally called a fixed mould. Because the fixed mould part of the large nozzle table mould is generally composed of two steel plates, it is also called "two-plate mould" for this kind of structural mould. The simplest structure in the mould for the Dashuikou table is the two-plate mould. 2. Fine nozzle table mould: runner and gate are not on the parting line, and are generally directly on the product. Therefore, to design an additional set of nozzle parting lines, the design is more complicated and the processing is more difficult. Generally, a fine nozzle system should be selected according to product requirements. The fixed mould part of the fine nozzle table mould is generally composed of three steel plates, so it is also called a "three-plate mould" for this kind of structural mould. The three-plate die is the simplest structure in the fine nozzle table die. 3. Hot runner table mould: The structure of this mould is basically the same as that of the fine nozzle. The biggest difference is that the runner is located in one or more hot runner plates and hot pumping nozzles with a constant temperature. No cold material is demoulded, and the runner and gate are directly on the product. Therefore, the runner does not need demoulding. This system is also called the nozzle-free system, which can save raw materials and is suitable for situations with expensive raw materials and high product requirements. The design and processing are difficult and the mould cost is high. The hot runner system mainly consists of a hot runner sleeve, a hot runner plate and a temperature-controlled electric box. Our common hot runner system has two forms: single-point hot runner and multi-point hot runner. The single-point hot gate uses a single hot gate sleeve to directly inject molten plastic into the mould cavity, which is suitable for a table mould with a single cavity and a single gate. The multi-point hot gate is to branch the molten material into each hot gate sleeve through the hot gate plate and then enter the mould cavity.
