I am really hoping in MUT Madden 21 that they create archetypes an actual thing because I have been seeing some old madden, and that I do not feel as if there were"god squads" per se, it appeared as every different team chemistries which were used had different lineups since the players match their scheme more. Just considering that is kinda ab the Madden NFL 21 Coins way I hate seeing the Bo Jackson, Lamar, and Randy Moss on literally every 99 group rn. Like for example: a team that's run oriented top tier players would be let's say, lamar, nick chubb, and then some fantastic blocking WR's to fit that scheme instead of having all these 99 WR's just having high blocking ratings. Not only would this create team diversity but it would also allow players which focus on specific tasks be relevant.I'd say for over the game's lifecycle up to now? I started with Greatest Player Available until I got to 15 49ers Chemistry and then committed for their group after realizing how stacked they had been as Power Running / Lockdown staff; that favors my playing style. And Moss was too pricey. Much like Lamar and Bo. I've got No Money Spent team, a 98. I feel as the people you are referring to are. But surely any one who plays a nice amount (1-3 hours per day) is going to have SOME of those players...I play Madden 20-25 Weekend League games each week and rarely find a staff with more than 3 or 4 of these guys.I just believe that if Madden went back into archetypes based off of irl, themes teams would play more like they would irl, and we'd also see diversity in people that wanted to develop pure run pure or stopping lockdown defenses, using people that are the finest at lockdown. It's just annoying seeing chems be put onto gamers who typically had no touch with scheme irl. I want Randy Moss to be a deep bomber, not someone that I can just use chems to make 99 run block and also have him blocking. I'd rather have a WR that's known for blocking and change the"god squad" that are the most popular players.I feel. This is usually afterwards into the lifecycle than I have played in the past and I agree that, at this point in the sport, there are way too many overpowered cards that produce a lot of players feel very similar. I recall early on if Tarik Cohen felt like an entirely different HB from Buy Mut Coins Madden 21 the one that I had before himbut maybe not my Barry Sanders and Raheem Mostert feel the same dude, which they obviously aren't. There are things like carry animations and style which make a few players feel different but it is few and far between.
