North Korean dishes 🤯 Never in our lives would we think we would taste this kind of cuisine, but here we are 😂 Founded by chef Ko Seok-hyeon on season 1 of Culinary Class Wars, the first of its kind brought here from Seoul! 😎 Don't be misled by the lack of line! There is a queue and you gotta register at the entrance! 🙌🏻Their signature dish is the Pyeongyang Cold Buckwheat Noodles ($98) which is pretty unique 😮 Icy cold buckwheat noodles in a bowl of beef broth with a side of Hanwoo and egg 🙌🏻 Taste the clean broth first then experience its full brilliance with the vinegar on the side! 🤩 They also serve up with a rice and barley mixture to eat with the soup afterwards 🙌🏻 The Pyeongyang Pao Rice ($98) has quite the bold beef stock with the same mixture above for that chewy flavour 🙌🏻 It's also served with a two servings of beef brisket and pork too! Can't forget the Pancake Platter ($150) with 3 pieces of shrimp, Hanwoo, and zucchini each 😍 The way it's cooked is very reminiscent of the traditional Cantonese dish 蝦仁炒蛋 🤭 and very different from the usual Jeon we all love! But the usual Jeon sauce is provided as well! Certainly do give them a try when you're in the area and craving some interesting Korean food!
