Marinate it with seasoning for 15 minutes2 Coat the pork chops with flour, beaten egg and panko. Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket3 Air fry with 190°C/375 F for 8 minutes4 Turn over the pork chops. Air fry with 200°C/395 F for 5 minutes* Frying: Heat the oil to 180°C/360F on medium heat, deep-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly yellowed. Put the pork chops aside. Heat the oil again to 190°C/375F. Fry the pork chops again for 1-2 minutes until golden* Oven: Use 200°C/395 F, bake for 16 minutes, and turn over once halfway5 Let the pork chop rest for 5 minutes.
