Brush the oil evenly. Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes3 Turn the pork over, coat it with honey. Air fry at 190°C for 6 minutes4 Place the Char siu into the dressing and mix it well. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve it hot
