Trying to find dog friendly, crystal clear water, and clean beaches in Hong Kong is almost impossible! Therese Tags sent Monnay to scoop out some beaches in Clearwater Bay and she made a discovery and had a blast! The Little Palm Beach in Clearwater Bay is mostly known to locals who live around that village and to divers and snorkelers. It is super quiet, water is actually clear (for HK standards this is RARE), sand is really soft and best thing about it is that it is one of the cleaner beaches we've visited. Standing on shallow waters, we saw fishes, calms, lots of natural rocks, and sea glass. Monnay swam out to welcome the divers and snorkelers back who carried sea urchins and oysters back to the shore! One downside to this beach are the rocks. Monnay got hurt the first time she visited this beach. She was super excited and ran into the water to swim and play. Her paws got cut from the sharp rocks on the beach and in the shallow area of the water. Poor Pup! Thank goodness we had our Banixx spray on us. Since this spray helps kill bacteria in open wounds, we rinsed Monnay's paws and sprayed Banixx on her paws. Her open cut wound closed up and healed overnight :)
