(The cake will be better if using Steamer) .2. 牛油/奶油熔化, 與檸檬皮和汁混合。Melt the butter, and mix with lemon zest and juice. 3. 低筋麵粉和泡打粉混合,過篩。Mix the cake flour and baking powder together and sift. 4. 雞蛋和砂糖一起,打至發白及出現8字紋。加入熔化的牛油和檸檬皮和檸檬汁,以摺疊形式混合。再分3次加入麵粉,以摺疊形式混合,直至無粒狀。休息10分鐘。Whip the egg with sugar until creamy and at the ribbon stage. Fold the melted butter, lemon zest and juice in, and mix well. Then fold the flour in, and mix until no lump. Rest at room temperature 10min. 5. 把混合物倒入模具中。放在已沸騰的蒸鍋中,中火蒸20-24分鐘。*視孚模具大小。Pour the mixture into mould. Put it on the boiling water.
