Remove the Corn’s outer leaves and beards. 2. 用鹽擦洗蘋果外皮。去核去枝,一分開四分。Wash the apple with salt. Cored and branched an apple into 4 pcs. 3. 沖洗無花果、沖洗蟲草花3次,浸水備用。 (水留用) Rinse figs and Cordyceps flowers. Soak the flowers in water (keep the water for later use)4. 先放腰果、栗子、粟米、無花果,在2000 ml清水中。轉大火。Put the cashew nuts, chestnuts, corn, and figs in the 1000ml water first. Turn to high heat. 5. 煮15分鐘後,轉中火。Turn to medium heat after 15 minutes of step 4.6. 再10分鐘後,加入蘋果。add the apples after 10 minutes of boiling step 5.7. 再15分鐘後,加入蟲草花和水。add the Cordyceps flower and its soak water after 15 minutes of boiling step 6.8. 50分鐘後關火。 Turn off the heat after 50 minutes
