By drilling a hole in a collapsed soil or loose rock, using a disposable drill bit and a hollow anchor, and after the drilling operation, inject a grout or resin into the hollow anchor and surrounding cavity, which is a kind of top solutions. The cement slurry is injected into the borehole through the hollow bolt. The pressure grouting can make the grouting more plump, and can achieve the purpose of consolidating the broken rock mass, strengthening the anchorage force, and cutting off the groundwater and the corrosion of the shaft.
