每次攪event，總會遇上好努力，落手落腳工作的同事，當然也不少得一些自以為辦事能力高，無他不可的廢柴。/ You will easily come across a lot of hard working smart co-workers in every event, for sure there are also heaps of useless idiots who considered themselves talented. 舉辦一個運動會一點也不簡單，事前準備功夫多多多，要協調共事的部門亦多多多， Human Resources, Admin Support, Venue, Marketing, Sports, Media, IT, Accommodation, Catering, Transportation, Visa, Airport Operations, Medical, Doping control, 等等 you name it! / There are loads of coordinating between different departments names above. 人事部的某同事自數月前自行研發電子簽到系統，用法如下：/ A HR staff created his own check-in system for staff check in for this competition, procedures as follows: 1. 首先，員工要攜帶Accreditation證進場 / All staff have to carry their accreditation card to enter the venue 2. 該同事從你的Accreditation card 上搜尋你的名字/ He will search your name from your card 3. 再從佢自己嘅Staff Excel Sheet 上搜尋你的名字/ He then will search your name again on his excel sheet 4. 用滑鼠把Cursor 放到於你名字旁屬於你attendance的空格/ Then put the cursor to the excel cell which represent your attendance next to your name 5. 一Click / Then click 6. 用佢係佢鄉下帶來的barcode scanner scan 你accreditation card 所屬的 barcode/ Then he used the barcode scanner that he bought from his country to scan the barcode on your card 7. 登登登凳 ！ 咁就證明咗你有出現啦！重有餐食添!/ Then your attendance will appear on the excel sheet! 係咪好方便呢？ / Isn't it very convenient? Excel 同accreditation system 係無連繫的。 / BTW, Excel and the accreditation system is not connected. 返工放工時間係唔會顯示到，當然唔會計到你返咗嘅個鐘。/Check-in & Check- out time will not be shown, nor your working hours. 亦都唔會有人知自己嘅card number係咩。/ Nobody ever know what is the card number 痴孖根的。。原先以為係咩系統咁巴閉。。/Bloody hell, such a stupid "system" 橫掂都只係用到Excel search名， 就咁係人名隔離tick 作Attendance 咪得囉。。哂時間！/ Why don't just put a tick next to your name for attendance?
