The government has unveiled a series of steps aimed at slowly reviving economic and commercial operations across various stages. However, how do these measures apply specifically to the real estate industry?Phase 0: Scheduled Customer ServiceThis initial period, referred to as the initial phase, will kick off on May 4. It is planned for shops and business venues to initiate operations, offering services to customers on an individual basis, strictly through prior scheduling.During this stage, real estate firms are permitted to unlock their doors solely for the purpose of addressing inquiries that have been scheduled in advance. Additionally, the directives from officials underscore the importance of ensuring the utmost safety for both the agents and their clientele. In situations where interaction with a client is necessary, implementing safety protocols, including the mandatory wear of masks and gloves, is essential.Phase 1: Reopening with High Safety MeasuresThe initial phase is slated to commence between May 11th and May 25th, subject to adjustments based on the pandemic's trajectory within each region. The islands of Formentera, El Hierro, La Gomera, and La Graciosa are scheduled to begin this phase earlier, on May 4th.During this initial period, most establishments are allowed to reopen, with the exception of malls or large public gardens. Specifically, real estate offices will need to implement certain restrictions to ensure safety. For instance, it's recommended to maintain a minimum 2-meter separation between clients. In cases where this isn't feasible, only a single client should be permitted inside at any given time.Ary Laguna Gujranwala, Mangla garrison housing and Bahria Town Peshawar is one of the best housing locations in Pakistan, marketed by Red Marketing.Beginning at this stage, individuals will be permitted to travel within their own province, enabling the attraction of clients from neighboring areas.Phase 2 and subsequent stages: continuity of safety protocolsWith the onset of phase 2 on May 26 for regions demonstrating positive progress, retail spaces will see a gradual increase in their allowed occupancy levels, with the stipulation that a minimum distance of 2 meters between customers must be maintained for safety. The allowance for inter-provincial travel will be delayed until phase 4, or what is being termed the 'new normality', is anticipated to start by late June.
