Firstly I was trying to buy a senior ticket (65+ yo) and I spent like 15 minutes to look for it, just to find one has to select "one day ticket" type of park ticket, otherwise the regular tickets (for 12-64 yo) was automatically selected. This caused me to wonder where the hell is the senior ticket selection that I've already chosen at the main DLHK webpage? The webpages in general sometimes won't load and have to wait for them to load (due to heavy traffic). When I finish buying the tickets and move forward to reservation, it was seemingly impossible to see the other ticket (I bought one senior and one child ticket), which later I discover I will need to swipe left to see it. I was buying the ticket on a laptop, and I wonder do people usually expect swipe around on the laptop with mouse? Lastly, since I bought the tickets from DLHK directly, can't it have some kind of automatic selection or combo box that opens up during reservation, instead of typing in the ticket number manually?
