純素香蕉蛋糕 Vegan Banana Bread 細個係麵包鋪買既香蕉蛋糕係其中一款我好中意既蛋糕,呢款素純香蕉蛋糕同有蛋奶既版本其實食落冇咩分別,一樣好香香蕉味同濕潤鬆軟! - 材料: 香蕉 1條 自發粉 210g (如沒有可用 中筋麵粉205克+泡打粉2茶匙+鹽1/2茶匙) 梳打粉 1茶匙 黃糖 40 克 雲呢拿油 1/4茶匙 植物奶 240毫升 菜油 120毫升 蘋果醋 2湯匙 鹽 1/2茶匙 做法: 1/ 預熱焗爐至200度,焗盤底部放一張牛油紙 2/ 在大碗中把香蕉壓蓉,加入植物奶、菜油、蘋果醋、黃糖和雲呢拿油拌勻 3/ 加入鹽和篩好的自發粉和梳打粉拌勻至無粒粒 4/ 倒入焗模,可撒上喜歡的果仁或朱古力 5/ 焗40分鐘 ~~~~~~~~~Follow my intasgram ( niceylife ) for more updates!~~~~~~~~~ - Ingredients: 1 Banana 210g Self-Rising Flour (205g plain flour 205g+ 2 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp + 1/2 tsp of salt) 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 40g of Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence 240ml Plants Based Milk 120ml Plants Oil 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 tsp of salt Step: 1/ Preheat the oven to 200 degree,cut a piece of baking paper and put into the baking mould 2/ Mash the banana into a big bowl, add plants milk,oil, vinegar, sugar and vanilla essence and mix well 3/ Add salt and sieved flour and baking soda until smooth 4/ Pour into mould and add the nut or chocolate you like 5/ Bake for 40 mins
