鷹嘴豆泥 Hummus 鷹嘴豆泥是中東的菜式,做法超簡單基本上零技巧,是很好吃的沾醬,可以用來沾麵包,餅乾條和蔬菜條,口痕想吃零食,這個健康又好味!鷹嘴豆(chickpea)是很有益的豆,多數出現於中東菜式和印度菜,就如我們的黃豆一樣!這個豆蓉質地像薯蓉,當中的生蒜和香料造成了其特別的中東風味。用罐頭豆不用浸豆也不用煮豆超方便的!而且罐頭裡面的水可以保留來做Aquafaba! - 材料: 鷹嘴豆(雞心豆)瀝乾水份 1罐 蒜頭 1粒 橄欖油 2湯匙 檸檬汁 2湯匙 芝麻醬/花生醬 2湯匙 小茴香(孜然粉)1茶匙 鹽 1茶匙 甜椒粉 1/4菜匙 做法: 1/將所有材料放進攪拌機打至幼滑 2/抹上碟上,撒上橄欖油和甜椒粉,完成 ~~~~~~~~~Follow my intasgram ( niceylife ) for more updates!~~~~~~~~~ Ingredients: 1 400g can chickpeas, rinsed 1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste/peanut butter also fine) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika Step: 1/ Put all the ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth 2/ Spread the hummus on plate and add some olive oil and paprika on top
