零技巧冷烏冬 Super easy cold udon 呢幾日天氣已經開始熱返啦!冬天食左咁耐熱野,突然想食返D清新既野, 冷烏冬就又方面又好味啦~呢個烏冬好適合煮比小朋友架,可以令佢地食多D蔬菜 材料(一人份): 急凍烏冬 1塊 青瓜 半條 蘿蔔 1/3 條 栗米 半條(急凍或罐裝亦可) 壽司紫菜絲 隨心 芝麻醬 隨心 昆布醬油 1湯匙 (普通日本醬油亦可,但份量減半) 做法: 1/青瓜、蘿蔔清淨切絲(青瓜可切粗絲吃起來更爽脆,但蘿蔔較硬身應切或刨幼絲,不然吃起來牙骹會好攰),新鮮粟米去衣清淨切出粟米粒 2/煲滾一鍋水,烚粟米粒約5-8分鐘撈起備用(如用蒸會更甜和保留到營養),如果不喜歡生蘿蔔的可以此時焯一焯 3/同一煲水淥鳥冬,急凍烏冷淥約1分鐘至透明即可(視乎粗幼),撈起泡在凍滾水(可加冰)降溫 4/將烏冬和配菜放在大碟上,淋上昆布醬油,撒上紫菜絲,食時加入芝麻醬 *昆布醬油是比較淡味而且有昆布鮮味的日本醬油,煮湯烏冬和冷烏冬都很適合,賣日本食品的超市有售 ~~~~~~~~~Follow my intasgram ( niceylife ) for more updates!~~~~~~~~~ Ingredient(1 serve): 1piece frozen udon 1/2 cucumber 1/3 carrot 1/2 fresh corn (you can use frozen or can corn) nori as much as you want sesame dressing as much as you want 1 table spoon khumbu soy sauce (can replace by 1/2 table spoon Japanese soy sauce) Step: 1/Shred the cucumber and carrot ( carrot is better to shred thinner),remove the corn from the cob 2/boil the corn for 5-8 mins (it is better to steam the corn in order to get a better taste and keep the nutrition), you can boil the carrot too of you do not like the raw carrot 3/boil the frozen udon for about 1 min, time can be longer or shorter depend on the thickness of udon 4/place the udon and sides on a big plate,add some khumbu soy sauce and nori,serve with sesame dressing
