The Armstrong Lie which directed by Alex Gibney is a 2013 American documentary film. The movie is talk about the cyclist Lance Armstrong of his doping investigation and career. Lance Armstrong is an American former professional road racing cyclist. He had won many and many championships. Many cyclists love him and called him as “God of cyclist”. For me, although I am not a cycle lover, I heard his name many times through different ways. T his film recorded about his doping allegations, investigation, and confession. In the first part of the movie, Lance Armstrong denied the use of illegal performance-enhancing drugs in the television interview, and he said that his accusations are not good for cycling, for his team, for me, for anybody. If he thinks cycling works like that, he is wrong and he would be better off going home. When I heard that content and his expression, I trusted him. And I think you may also feel he did not have any doping until he admitted he had doping. I would say he is a great actor. I thought it is not easy to hide about his all personal secretes. Lance Armstrong Foundation which founded by Lance Armstrong in 1997. This foundation supports people who affected by cancer. And it aims to raise awareness of cancer. After Lance Armstrong survived from cancer and come back to the cycle competition, most of people thought he is life-fighter. His story can encourage many people who had cancer. I think this achievement is better than his achievement of cycle. This positive image may cover his doping issue. The Armstrong Lie is worth to watch whether you love cycle. His story can let you think about what is true and what is wrong. Critical thinking is important skill for oneself. Everyone wants to win. This movie nurtured a hero narrative that encouraged the world to believe in the miracle. Just believe yourself.
