Do you wanna be a fit guy? How better you wanna to be? Do you wanna have a healthy body? These questions are important for everyone who wants to improve him/her self. Some people trained hard for their sports performance, some are maintaining their health. No matter what purposes you want to achieve in workout, you have to improve your life style. And you have to keep going, keep going and keep going!!!!!!Never give up!!! I will share my workout experiences in this article. Someone might ask that what should I do and how many times a week should I workout. As a student, I can handle my schedule easily. So I will do the exercises 4-5 times a week. Each duration is about 1-1.5 hours. 3-4 times a week is suitable for some people who are workers. There is my simple week plan of doing exercise. Monday : Chest, Triceps. Thursday: Legs and Abs/core muscles. Wednesday: Rest/Recovery run Tuesday: Back and biceps Friday: Chest and triceps Saturday: Legs and Abs/core muscles. Sunday: Rest It is simple and basic workout plan for someone who did not have any ideas in workout. I will share about the details of each workout like how to do it and what exercises should people do etc. ^^ Nathan
