Along the way, friendly locals help with directions and even suggest a hidden gem for Russian goods, surprisingly cheaper than in Russia itself! 🍞🧴 Even more intriguing, the warm-hearted Northeastern residents love to chat, giving us a true sense of the welcoming energy unique to a border town. This journey of border exploration was filled with unexpected discoveries and surprises, making us want to linger a little longer to take in Heihe’s poetic charm and distant horizons 🌅✨.
