I watched a film called 'Armstrong Lie'. Lance Armstrong is a American former professional road racing cyclist. He is the 1993 Elite Men's Road Race World Champion. He won the Tour de France seven consecutive times from 1999-2005, but was stripped of his Tour de France victories in 2012 after a protracted doping scandal. He was diagnosed with a potentially fatal metastatic testicular cancer in 1996. He founded the Lance Armstrong Foundation to assist other cancer survivors after his recovery from the cancer. In July 2005, he retired from racing at the end of the 2005 Tour de France, but returned to competitive cycling with the Astana team in January 2009. He is finishing third in the 2009 Tour de France later that year. In 2009, Alex Gibney was hired to make a film about Lance Armstrong's come back to cycling. 'The Armstrong Lie' picks up in 2013 and presents a riveting, insider's view of the unraveling of one of the most extraordinary stories in the history of sports. From this film, i think that Armstrong wanted to record his good and positive image so he make the film. Also, he created the Livestrong Foundation is to show his positive image and he hoped to do something for people who have cancer and rising money for hope. I think doping is illegal and also lying is illegal.
