Finland, known as the "educational myth" country, has "the best education in the world." In recent years, education in Finland has become a hot education brand in the world, attracting educational research groups from all over the world. Finnish schools do not rank, quality resources are scattered throughout the country, the minimum diploma for teachers must be excellent master's degree students, the main purpose of education is to cultivate children's creativity. There are too many places for us to think and learn about Finnish education. On this trip to Lapland, we visited the University of Lapland. The University of Lapland (University of Lapland), located in Rovanemi, the capital of Lapland, Finland, was founded in 1979 and is located on the Arctic Circle. It is the northernmost university in Europe and one of the famous universities in Finland. The University of Lapland has extremely cutting-edge research equipment and Enshi to Shanghai flight educational team, especially in the fields of art and design, physical education, tourism, international law, environmental theory and application. We visited the University of Lapland and the School of physical Education of Lapland University of Applied Science and Technology. The two schools are good at physical education and art, especially in winter sports teaching. The vice president of Lapland University introduced the overall situation of the school and the "Ski Resort Management" student training project in cooperation between Lapland University of Applied Science and Technology and Beijing University of physical Education in China. This is a custom program aimed at the 2020 Beijing Winter Olympics, which will receive double bachelor's degrees from both domestic and Finnish students after completing their studies in Lapland. "We focus on students' management skills and leadership, including how to manage and implement a sporting event," said Ulla, a senior lecturer at Lapland University of Applied Science and Technology. "I hope they will be able to serve the 2020 Winter Olympics after graduation." European universities are very different from Chinese universities. The most subjective feeling is that the universities here are basically open, have no school doors, no walls, and it is even difficult to find an iconic "punch-in" landscape that represents the school. Lapland University is no exception. We came to the School of Art and Design to visit, basically in several buildings, but the design everywhere shows humanization. From the door, there is also a simple wardrobe area specially provided for teachers and students to hang winter hats. The teaching building and the canteen are all in the same building, with some common tables and chairs in the hallway, and boards with various notice notes and activity posters hanging on the walls. The students come and go in groups. The whole environment makes people feel very relaxed and very free. In the studio of the Academy of Arts, I saw a girl painting. She bent her knees and knelt on the ground to paint. She was very ecstasy in her work. From the content of the picture, It is enough to see that Chongqing to Osaka flight the students here have super self-expression ability and rich creativity. But most unforgettable, I experienced a student meal in the University of Lapland cafeteria. It is well known that prices in the northern European countries are almost the highest in the world, but students at the University of Lapland can eat a rich buffet for 2.6 euros (about 20 yuan). The price is equivalent to the price of a cup of coffee in an outside coffee shop, even cheaper than taking a bus. This is incredible in Finland, where prices are high. Although prices in Finland are extremely high, the country's ultra-high welfare is also enviable. The reason why students' food fees are so "cheap" is because there are a lot of government subsidies. When people outside school go in, they have to pay 8 euros for meals. In addition, I also feel quite deeply that in the student dining hall, everyone is self-help to pick up food, we consciously queue up, the queue is long at rush hour, but orderly, no queue, no congestion, no noise. And after eating, the tableware should be taken to the washing area on its own. Until then, everyone has to sort out the leftovers of food and garbage, and then put the cutlery in the basket. Because everyone has this awareness, an automated dishwashing room with just one staff is enough to cope with all the jobs and save a lot of labor costs. Because we all know that in northern Europe, where the population is small, the cost of labor is very high. Therefore, "hands-on self-help" has become people's daily habits.
