Recently, my friends dated me go out eating and playing. Then, my friends say me that I look like China swimming athlete, Fu Yuanhui. It makes me that remember China Athletes came to Hong Kong after Olympic Game. I went to do the volunteer in their performance. In this event, my job duty is stand by behind the athletes and solve their questions if they have a problem. At the start, the LCSD or some volunteer bring the China Athletes to come in the swimming pool. Then, my job position and their job position are same. Therefore, I think this is the problem in this event. The solution is the organization should arrange the association and volunteer groups the job positions. If the organization has many jobs, they can arrange their job area. Then, the association and volunteer groups were arranged the job duties by themselves.However, the organization has a good security in the swimming pool. It can avoid the China Athletes’ fans come to swimming pool taking the photo or harass the athletes. All of all, I think this event to be good for the people. They can know more diving and know the athletes how to training. It is the arrangement to be improve more.
