Shrimp and scallop can be soaked together and reserve the water for later use - Cut the chicken thigh into cubes, marinate for at least 1 hour with soy sauce 1 teaspoon, white pepper, Shaosing wine 1 teaspoon, and flour 1 teaspoon - Cut octopus, mushroom, shrimp into cube of similar size too- Add the shrimp and scallop water into the rice and add sufficient amount for rice cooking. Add in the dried shrimp and scallop to start cooking together- When the water in the rice cooker almost dried out, add in the mixed octopus, chicken and mushroom - When the rice is finished cooking, add green onion and 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce - Add the deep fried dried noodlefish to add more flavor and some crisp, done ✅
