V Point望出去嘅美景真係好正,於是今次同朋友特登黎食V Point 30樓呢間Zeng嘅5 Course Dinner。每位$498但有靚景。🍣Zeng Umami Trio 前菜有Scallops Crudo with Wasabi Mayo and Caviar、Norwegian Salmon Oriental Salad with Salmon Roe 同埋Hamachi with Mango Salsa and Crab Roe,三款前菜好豐富,食落幾清新同開胃。🦪Hiroshima Oyster Soup蠔湯味道非常濃郁,口感亦都非常之creamy,旁邊有薄薄嘅麵包,加落湯一齊食好好味。🦐Tiger Prawn & Sakura Prawn Spaghetti with Chinese X.O. Sauce意粉煮到啱啱好,食落幾有咬口,XO醬用咗日本嘅櫻花蝦去整,除咗有中式嘅XO醬之外,成個意粉就好似食緊海老蝦拉麵一樣,蝦味非常之重,啖啖都有蝦味。🐷Slow Cooked Iberico Pork Rack慢煮豬扒可以保留住豬扒嘅肉汁,食落嘅時候口入邊都充滿晒豬肉嘅肉香,豬扒嘅肥瘦比例啱啱好,所以食落肉質都唔會太過硬,旁邊亦都會有啲伴菜,同豬扒一齊食都幾夾。🐮Sliced M5 Wagyu Sirloin Steak呢個係朋友食嘅,日本M5和牛切成片後,可以見到牛肉紅卜卜咁,外皮煎到啱啱好,再淋上紅酒汁,紅酒汁味道酸酸甜甜,同牛肉嘅味道幾夾。旁邊仲有一啲伴菜同埋薯蓉,都幾好味。🍨Japanese Cheese Cake with Selected Ice-cream 芝士蛋糕嘅芝士味濃厚,蛋糕口感厚實,配合薄荷朱古力雪糕,唔會太甜又幾好食。🍹Drinks 可以揀Mocktail、soft drinks或者juice,我哋就揀咗orange juice同埋pineapple juice。呢間西日fusion菜環境舒適,氣氛浪漫,配埋美景,喺呢個地方食野係一種享受。Zeng (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣登龍街18號V Point 30樓點擊圖片放大 +8
