Today, i watched the movie 'Concussion', which is a movie about the a real scandal in the NFL. This movie is great, it is realistic and unbiased. Starring Will Smith as Dr. Bennet Omalu, which is a pathologist who discover the brain damage(CTE) in the retired NFL players. Omalu is going to disclose the truth about the Chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), but the NFL responded by publicly villifying Omalu and his research. The NFL doesn't want to admit that the football game will lead to CTE. The NFL is hiding the truth, due to they don't want to get involved in any scandal. In fact, the NFL is still hiding the issue about the Chronic traumatic encephalopathy, they are making excuses on the impact of CTS to the player. I think Dr. Bennet Omalu has a great attitude towards ethical issues and deal with the stress, he also has professional knowledge. He goes against the society, football is the most famous sport in the US, he is basically against all the football lovers. Besides, i think teaching the pro-football player to avoid concussion is also very important, there are no positive effects of a concussion, teaching the proper techniques and skills are important for the play's health.
