今次要介紹嘅係由香港迪士尼樂園推出嘅首個「皇室佳釀美食節」,將於4月30日至6月27日期間嘅星期五至日及公眾假期於皇室宴會廳舉辦。屆時,迪士尼嘅星級主廚團隊將會為你呈現各式各樣嘅菜式,由環球美食至分子甜品料理皆俱。以下我哋會介紹我哋欣賞嘅菜式。From April 30 to June 27 (every Friday to Sunday and public holidays), Hong Kong Disneyland is going to present "The Royal Food and Drink Fair", where Disneyland team of talented will deliver you a variety of dishes ranging from international dishes to molecular cuisine at the Royal Banquet Hall Kitchen. In the following, we would recommend the dishes that we appreciate the most.◾燴牛肋肉配南瓜 / 美式燒西冷 (Braised Rib with Pumpkin / Grilled Sirloin) 牛肋肉經過燜煮後拆絲,再加入番茄醬製成嘅小方塊,味道帶微酸頗為開胃,而且燜煮過後嘅牛肋肉質感更嫩同豐富。而美式燒西冷嘅生熟度都拿捏得好好,好好咁展現到西冷嘅肉汁同軟熟嘅質感。The beef ribs are braised and shredded before getting it into small cubes. Tomato sauce is added to give a sour and appetizing flavour. The ribs taste soft and tender in texture. The sirloin is well cooked, that preserves the juiciness and softness of the beef itself.◽卡邦尼意粉 / 芝士噴泉 (Carbonara / Cheese fondue)點擊圖片放大 卡邦尼意粉係即叫即做,配以帕馬森乾酪,味道濃郁又同時融入意粉當中。而芝士噴泉則用上車打芝士,可以配以麵包一同享用。Carbonara is mixed with Parmigiano-Reggiano, which gives a rich flavour of the cheese. As it is cooked after you made the order, the taste of cheese completely merges into the carbonara. More surprisingly, there's a cheese fondue with cheddar cheese, where you can have it together with slices of bread.◾榛子朱古力慕絲蛋糕 / 開心果紅桑子慕絲蛋糕 (Hazelnut Chocolate Cube / Pistachio Raspberry Mousse) 兩款慕絲蛋糕都好出色,而且造型可愛。榛子朱古力以朱古力味道為主,榛子味道為輔,兩者味道相輔相成。而開心果紅桑子則有種酸酸甜甜嘅味道,感覺頗為清新。Both mousse cakes are adorable and mouth-watering.
