今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於中環大館嘅 Pazta，主打意大利菜式。我哋特意選擇戶外嘅座位，感受一下大館獨特嘅文化氣息。而依到員工嘅服務都好認真，且會主動詢問客人嘅需要，值得欣賞。Pazta 會與 Restaurant Week 於3月18日至4月11日期間合作，有興趣不妨一試。Pazta is located in Central, Tai Kwun, specializes in authentic Italian cuisine. We chose to sit in the outdoor area as we can enjoy the great Mediterranean atmosphere. The services are top-notch, and the staffs will take care of your needs proactively. Pazta is collaborating with Restaurant week from 18 March to 11 April, which would worth visiting.◽Italian Raw Beef Slices $180 四片生牛肉薄片，撒上松露以及芝士，帶入義大利式嘅元素。生牛肉片極為軟熟，包裹住芝士感覺帶微鹹而開胃。The carpaccio tastes extremely soft. The black truffle and pecorino cheese on the top bring in the Italian elements and are mouth-watering to have this appetizer.◾Selection of Cold Cuts and Cheese $190冷切肉拼盤款式眾多，火腿同芝士各三款，適合幾個朋友一同分享。我哋尤其鍾意將巴馬火腿包住芝士一同進食，簡單卻有味道濃烈。The cold cut platter offers three types of ham and cheese respectively, which is suitable for sharing with your friends. We especially like to have the parma ham wrapped in cheese, which is simple but strong at the same time.◽Seafood Spaghetti $210 意粉加入海膽醬汁，虎蝦同帶子都處理得好好，尤其虎蝦煎香後嘅蝦膏極為甜美。Spaghetti is added with Sardinian sea urchin cream. We particularly love the tiger prawns as the taste of the prawn paste is outstanding after pan-fried. ◾Black Truffle Egg Tagliatelle $140寬條麵嘅質感頗為彈牙，而且能夠好好咁同松露與芝士嘅味道融為一體。若味道能夠更為濃烈則更佳。The tagliatelle has a chewy texture, and it absorbs the taste of the truffle and cheese well. We prefer the taste to be even stronger.◽Real Fruit or Real Nut Gelatos $160 好有驚喜嘅一道甜品，在於將 Gelato 融入至該水果或堅果之中。款式分別有車厘子、柑桔、桃、無花果同栗子。當中尤其欣賞桃味 Gelato，味道鮮甜清新。This dessert really surprises us, as the gelato is placed inside of the shell of the fruit or nuts itself. This dessert includes cherries, mandarin, peach, figs and chestnut gelato.
