Their menu features yakitori, tempura and hotpot cuisine.もつ鍋 Motsunabe was made with small intestines of beef with potato noodles, lots of mushrooms and veggies. The miso broth was perfectly flavored - not oversalted and heartwarming. Also much cheaper than most izakaya in HK!Juicy wings coated with black pepper. Could tell they used free range chicken by the crunchy texture of the bone. Chicken liver was well-done but soft.Chilling place especially in fall with the natural breeze.
