When one plate of the flat heat exchanger is damaged and there is no spare part, this plate and the adjacent plate can be removed at the same time, and then tighten the clamping bolt. 7. The clamping bolts should be tightened evenly, symmetrically, and crosswise until the length of the plate bundle reaches the calculated value. 8. In order to prevent the heat exchanger gasket from sticking to the plate, a layer of mixture can be applied to the gasket.
