大家好 我之前果篇文章講俄羅斯西伯利亞鐵路既攻略， 反應都幾熱烈，同時亦都有人問過我中亞既資料， 有見及此,我之前去過3stan既中亞國家(土庫曼斯坦,烏茲別克斯坦,哈薩克斯坦) 。 今次就介紹下點樣可以拎到Turkmenistan同Uzbekistan既visa， 因為呢兩個國家既visa算係我去過咁多個國家最難拎， 前者有「中亞北韓」之稱，後者需要購買旅遊文件方可申請． 土庫曼斯坦VISA 烏茲別克斯坦VISA 主要大方向 : 我條路線係陸路由伊朗東去土庫曼,再去烏茲別克 (伊朗現時在香港有領事館,可以在港申請visa,同時可在德黑藩機場申請落地簽證15日,只需70usd,方便快捷) 換言之,我需要先申請烏茲別克tourist visa,再申請土庫曼transit visa 烏茲別克篇: 1. 準備邀請信 烏茲別克係世界上小數仲要拎邀請信(Invitation letter)先至可以申請到旅遊簽證既國家。 而要拎邀請信，係可以係網上搵當地既旅遊Travelling Agency去買。 有一個Travelling agency最好用既係叫”Stantour”( http://www.stantours.com/) 呢個travelling agency係專幫人搞Central Asia/Caucasus地區既邀請信，包括土庫曼斯坦，烏茲別克斯坦哈薩克斯坦等等。 以下呢個係我第一次send email俾個agency既Template: Dear Sir / madam: I would like to get the travelling support document from the agency. Looking forward hearing from you, David STANtours Almaty / Ashgabat **我果時係歐洲,佢send左個入數資料俾我,叫我去指定銀行入數。由於我去果個國家無佢地所要求我入數落去果間指定銀行既分行，而我又無當地銀行bank card，搞到我過唔到數,所以我要托香港既朋友幫我係銀行過數落以上果個account，再叫佢send張receipt黎。香港過數去外國account既手續費係十分之昂貴,我封LOI要USD40,但手續費係HKD400左右。 要準備既文件: 1. 學生證/入學證明書(我果時岩岩畢業未搵工,所以用呢個) OR 工作證明 2. PASSPORT PAGE1 3. 銀行入數紙 之後一次過attach過去俾佢,等左7-10個工作天就可以經email收到啦。 Uzbekistan LOI 既sample 2. 去領使館拎簽證 去唔同國家既烏茲別克領使館等拎到簽證既時間都不一樣 (好似係) 而筆者我就係去左駐伊朗德黑蘭領使館到拎VISA 有幾樣野值得注意: 1. 領事館D開門時間好Hi Hi的,有D剩係開星期二星期四,有D剩係開朝早 2. 用唔同passport等侯拎簽證既時間都係唔一樣 暫時已知的,就是用HKSAR passport係Uzbekistan駐伊朗德黑蘭領事館到拎visa只需要5mins 渣住日本同BNO passport要等一個星期, 其他(見過羅馬尼亞,西班牙)都要等兩個星期 3. USD70 (暫時係我覺得最貴既VISA) 烏茲別克駐伊朗德黑蘭Address: Pasdaran Avenue, Nastaran St., 6 (خیابان پاسداران، خیابان نسترن، 6) 土庫曼斯坦篇: 首先，大家睇下以下既地圖先： Generally, 有2個入口port, 有2個出口port 入口port: a. Bagjiran (近首都阿什哈巴德 Ashgabat, 常用) b. Saraghs (單車友必揀, 不常用) 出口port: c. Farap (常用) d. Khojeli (不常用, 因為去完door to hell 要返首都先可以再搭火車過去,唔順路) **你填application form 申請土庫曼transit visa,要求你填埋邊個port入邊個port出 如果你唔係果個port入,佢唔會俾你入:如果唔係果個port出,佢唔會俾你出 過時間好似要罰好多錢,聽講係usd200, 或後果更嚴重 BTW,你呢度點樣填係好影響你有幾多日visa 我果時好乖咁填左A port入, C port出 個領事館好狡猾,佢見我其實咁揀,就知我係趕時間 所以最後,佢俾左3日visa我,仲要係山卡拉既B port入,C port出 (好彩都去到首都參觀下) 我見到我同行日本仔,同埋紐西蘭既香港人都填左A port入, D port出 佢地特登揀個最Hi Hi既路線,所以領事館批左5日俾佢地 仲要係A port入, C port出. 聽佢地講5日係夠玩 : 由首都包車去 door to hell, 第二日返首都,再搭火車去Mary玩,之後搭火車去Farap走人 而我? 3日只係夠由Saraghs去Mary, 再搭火車去首都,再直接搭去Farap走人 希望咁多位巴打參考下. 但據聞傳說,之前有人好似日本仔同紐西蘭香港人咁填port,最尾係refuse左佢個visa application 所以有心理準備,可能真係睇佢心情 土庫曼駐伊朗德黑蘭Address: No 34, Barati Street, Vatanpour Street Dr. Lavasani (پلاک 34، خیابان براتی، خیابان وطن پور دکتر لواسانی) 土庫曼駐伊朗馬什哈德（伊土邊境城市）Address: **需要5個工作天等拎visa，但可以去呢個城市拎 Beydane Shahidan, Koocheye Konsolgari 34 費用reference: 伊朗visa USD 70 ; 烏茲別克 LOI USD 40 ; 烏茲別克 visa USD 70: 土庫曼 Transit visa USD 55
