https://www.jobsrnr.com/job/798 Description Responsibilities: • Lead a team to supervise the branch operation staff to ensure all procedures were executed in compliance with the Bank standard and the regulatory requirements • Coach and supervise the branch operation staff to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality services • Produce documentations on operation procedures and guidelines • Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine so as to enhance operation efficiency and cost effectiveness through workflow streamlining and system enhancement • Formulate and execute action plan regarding rectifications/improvements when there is comment/advice from regulatory bodies • Participate in branch related projects, review user requirements, functional specification, test plan and conduct User Acceptance Test and maintain quality control on deliverables • Coordinate, manage and resolve problems during different stages from project initiation to its implementation • Prepare and deliver training to frontlines before product/system rolled out • Provide production supports to frontlines and answered post-launch user enquires • Negotiate with relevant parties, manage end-to-end processing procedures and closely work with various internal and external parties • Lead or assist on ad hoc duties/tasks as and when required Requirements: • University degree preferred • Possesses at least 10 years of solid experience in Retail Banking Branch Operations • Presentable with strong communication, management and problem solving skills • Self-initiative, able to work under pressure, good time management • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing 我係19年UG 唔知呢份工環境點呢? 有冇人響入面做過?
