It is in Norway that the company of CDE washing facilities provided a new machine for cleaning and Membrane Filter Plates recycling where possible waste from construction and demolition. The machine has a capacity of MORE THAN 200 t / h. The two AggMaxs are further equipped which includes a filter screen at the backside that eliminates light materials and organic waste contained in the recycled product. The sand produced during the wear phase is additionally transferred to the EvoWash sand washing system as a way to maximize the production of recyclable materials produced by construction and demolition waste. After aggressive washing from the two AggMax settlers, recycled aggregates having a grain size between 4 in addition to 90 mm are transferred for the ProGrade P2-108 classification screen. The process is since follows: materials with a grain sizing between 0 and 90 mm go through two AggMax 151 modular sludge diggers plus a pre-screening device isolates 0 to 4 mm material that is conveyed to the EvoWash mud washing plant 201. The machine represents one on the largest mechanical installations designed along with manufactured by CDE, which required almost 55 trucks for delivery as well as assembly. With this unit, waste can be transformed into excellent sand and aggregates which you can use in a wide range involving applications. The CDE facility, possitioned on the Sandnes quarry operated by means of Velde Pukk, also processes materials through the site's hard rock mining training session routines. At the finale of 2014, the Norwegian provider Velde Pukk, which specializes from the production and installation of asphalt and BPE, acquired this new CDE building and demolition waste washing and recycling facility
