We arrived in Valencia (瓦倫西亞) in the morning, by the time we checked in it was already late afternoon and we were starving. Therefore we had lunch in a little restaurant behind the hotel. It was a cosy and lovely restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing, we were the only customers inside (most people would choose to sit outside in the sun). Of course we had to order the famous sangria (血紅雞尾酒) since we were in Spain. And a selection of Spanish tapas.... 點擊圖片放大 Our hotel was only 500 metres away from the City of Arts & Science (藝術與科學之城) so it did not take us too long to walk there. It was around 3pm in the afternoon and there was hardly anyone in the street. It might have something to do with Siesta (西班牙午睡時段). Inside City of Arts & Science 點擊圖片放大 This looked so much fun! A person first walked into the plastic cover and it was then inflated to become a balloon. People were having such difficuty balancing themselves but I suppose not many people can master walking on water except Jesus! Before we went to Valencia, we bought four Valencia cards on the official website. The cards gave us unlimited access on public transport, including to and from airport, as well as entry to L'Hemisferic (天文館), Principe Felip Science Museum (科學館) and Oceanográfico (水族館). The City of Arts and Science is one of the biggest attractions in Valencia and if you were to buy tickets into each museum individually it would cost you a fortune. Principe Felip Science Museum (科學館) 點擊圖片放大 +6 This Science Museum is definitely good fun for people from all ages. There were activities and interesting facts, as well as videos and games for young children and adults alike. On the top floor, there was a Marvel's exhibition. 點擊圖片放大 +6 The Science Museum was really worth it and we spent almost three hours in there. For dinner, we went to the shopping centre opposite the hotel. It was 9pm in the evening, and was bursting with people and energy! We chose a cute Spanish restaurant. 點擊圖片放大 +2 Sangria take 2~!! 點擊圖片放大 +5
